Hi,
    I'm having a problem with a Nupoint rls 12.0 Build: 12.0.1.37.01.

When I try to get into the Admin MBX (9998) it acts as though I'm not entering the correct passcode. ie. (I did not get your passcoed, pls re-enter your passcode). I change the passcode thru web-access, do a save, system says done, and I still get the same results. Also what led me to this is when I update the Personal distribution list the new group doesn't work and the next day the new group is no longer in the list. This is not causing an immediate problem and I intend to work with the vendor when we do the next upgrade, but just wondered if anyone might have seen something like this.

On our systems you have to press a line button first, then the clear mail button. Otherwise you get that message. I suspect it may have something to do with prime line.

I have a 3300 with the latest software equipped with ACD. Our Reservations group uses account codes to track the incomming calls. Now it seems that everytime they enter and account code it creates aother smdr record of the same call. The problem is Call Center Management sees these as individual calls and includes them in the ACD calls handeled field in reports. The users concern is that it looks like they are not coding all their calls as the Account Code and the ACD calls handeled do not agree. Every time they code a call then there is two records in the smdr, one coded and one not coded both for just one call. I was wondering if anyone might have had some experience with this problem.
