Hey folks,

Got a weird issue with a test Mitel ISS.  Its running on Virtual box on my laptop.  It had been working fine for months, and now I cant get the 3300 blade to stay running.  I have wiped it, deleted the machine, tried various software loads and they all behave the same. 

This is the error code I get in the MSL logs under Atlas/Tenant0:

Any ideas where I can direct my attention?

The current load is 6.0.0.43.  I had tried it with the latest 7.2 with the same results.

It definitely used to work as i had it in my test lab alongside an MXe controller.  Im beginning to suspect its virtual box itself.

Yes, you can program a presence key on each extension.  When its lit they're present, when ts not lit, they're absent.

Hey X-Man,

Yeah, already cleared the cache, in fact I've even tried a different pc to attempt to access it and I get the same results.  Prior to rebooting, I had logged onto port 2002 and restarted the webserver, just in case.

Hey folks,

Got a weird one here.  I'm unable to login to the 3300, once I've entered the username and password and hit the button, I get a tomcat page which tells me the requested resource is not available.

The box has been rebooted and still the same result.

Any ideas?

Ok, so after having testing carried out, the call seems to go to the path and seems to get answered by an agent, however the transferring party doesn't hear any audio and hangs up, tries again same thing, then tries again and gets through.   No other path has this issue which is weird.

Hey Folks,

Looking for a bit of advice.....got an issue where when we try and transfer calls to an ACD path its taking 2 or 3 attempts before the transfer is successful.   We can transfer to other paths without issue its purely this one path.

Any ideas?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this?  I have a site doing the same thing using softphones with CCM, repeated errors in the logs:

Hey All,

Quick question for you......

I have a customer who uses the Contact Centre Client Softphone.  Whilst on a call, they can open the dial pad and dial specific codes to enable or disable a third party recording application.  To make it easier for the users, they are trying to program these codes as soft phone speed dials (On the soft phone config tab of the contact centre client.).  However when on a call, pressing these keys has no effect, as if no key strokes are being recognised.

Am I right in assuming that during a call, these softphone speed dials cannot be accessed?  Is there a way to do this without having to open the dial pad and keying the codes?

Hey Folks,

Just upgraded the UCA and MCA to 5.1, having an issue with the MCA when trying to add or edit users.  Basically I get a java error, when i close it the user form is there but is blank and not displaying the user details (when trying to edit).

It sounds like Java has gotten itself in a bind, any ideas?

Hey all,

Got a slight cli issue.  When calling the PSTN number it routes via one office across ip trunks to another.  The cos is set at the receiving 3300 to show cli, but it's not being displayed. 

Is there anything specific I should look for regarding the ip trunks, or is there something on the LAN routers which could be blocking it?
