Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Failover mode cannot dial internal extensions

We just setup 2 MCD in clustered mode.
All Phones are programmed in MCD1 and 2nd element to MCD2.
When phones are in failover mode to MCD2, IP phone cannot dial internal extension, an error (invalid) on phone display
