We have an MXE3 controller and we use the CPN substitution as well but the issue is even if the person picks the other multicall on the phone it still dials out as the normal ext of the phone not the one that was selected

Is there a way in version 9.3.0.24 for a user to be able to change the outgoing number on their phone just by pressing a button on the phone?
The user needs to be able to keep the current extension and DID but then we need to have the ability to change the masked number when placing some outgoing calls just based on the work that they do we cant have the number masked the same for all outgoing calls. Is there an easy way to do this on the system?
So basically i want the user to be able to pick up her phone pick what ext she wants to call as and then dial
