Thanks for your reply. That's interesting as the telnet service is running and brings up a login prompt (when the config option is enabled to start it) and it also has HTTP support too on the SIP firmware (likewise when the config option is also set). I'm currently running version 06.05.01.06, I can successfully login to the HTTP service running on port 80, just those credentials don't work on the telnet connection via port 23.

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows the telnet password for a Mitel 5360 (SIP Mode)? I've tried some standard combinations. I'm guessing they might be set in factory based on a devices MAC address or something similar? I've reach out to a vendor and Mitel support but haven't had much luck.

I'm hoping to be able to access some logs on the device, as I'm trying to point a phone to a HTML Application developed by HTML Toolkit but it's not accepting the address, I think my application manifest .txt might be invalid so thought some device logs might help me troubleshoot what's going wrong.
