Hello everyone,
I'm coming to you because I'm a bit lost. Our telecom manager has left without really leaving us the information we need to manage the autocom.
So far, my research has been fruitful, but now I'm completely stuck. I need to set up a pre-hook message (of the "Hold on, we'll take your call" type), but I can't find any documentation or the method to do it.
