Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 6940 Phone Black Screen

Dear All,

We face this issue that multiple IP Phones 6940 connected on different cisco switches in different buildings got black screen in one day ! the phones get POE from the switches.

Any Ideas where to start?
