Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab App + Desktop Client Failing Registration

Hello All,
This is my first post here because this issue is throwing me for a complete loop.
I'm the SysAdmin managing the Mitel environment for my company, and we're currently dealing with an issue where some MiCollab registrations are failing. For context, I'm a Hotdesk User, an ACD Agent, and I use a SIP Softphone with the MiCollab Client on my iPhone and PC.
Here's what's happening: When i redeploy my configuration, I can validate with my AD crendentials, but the registration fails. What's odd is that when I am HotDesked ino my 6940, the MiCollab client still picks up on calls I make and sends notifications.
We have over 35 users on SIP softphones. Around 20+ of them are working woithout any issues, however 15+ users myself included, can't get registered.
Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?
