Mitel Software Applications / Unable to delete email in Ignite

Hello,
I'm having an issue with a stuck email in Ignite - it cannot be removed / deleted or reported as Junk - I get a "failed to perform action"
We are currently using the web version of Ignite, we have tried searching for the entry via elasticsearch but can find no record of it - is there any other way we can remove this? Seems to be only that email that is causing this.
