Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Re: Nupoint automated attendant recording

We are looking into doing professional auto attendants since the ones we record aren't great, and robots are just as bad, if not worse. We found a company that we were thinking of using. Has anyone used them? They are in Canada. Used by a lot of businesses, and supposedly are very affordable.
