All the customer has is 5340.  If  connect them to the controller they are fine.  If I connect them via the SRC it gets stuck on application loading.  On the SRC port 3999 failed is a red herring I have checked on our customers it does the same thing.

Looking at the system security it's set to High.  I think it needs to be Legacy.

Also to add in the diagnostics it shows port 3999 as failed.

Hi All,

I have a controller running at 10.0 SP1 and an MBG(SRC) 11.5.2.31

If the 5340 connect directly to the controller they are fine.  However we have 7 of them routed via the SRC for recording, and they are stuck on application loading.  What am I missing.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / MiVB latest release

Hi,

All I have OVA which has built the VM and  have synced with the AMC using server-manager and thats synced up ok.
When I log into the 3300 side the the license and option selection is not showing the application record ID at all it's just greyed out and therefore no licenses.

any ideas?

Mitel Software Applications / MBG SSH issue

Hi,

I have installed version 11.5.2.31 of the MBG, this is a new install.  When I ssh to the machine it prompts for username/password.

However once I enter the user name I get a message on putty
No supported authentication methods available(Server sent: public key). What does that mean ?

Hi All,

I have a customer who has  a doctors surgery, three of them.  Two are on a Mitel 250 and one will be on a 3300 as the Mitel 250 is dead.  Can you link them together using IP trunks ?  As they normally transfer calls between the surgerys.

It has valid SA.  Does anyone know the command to find out the flash card size?  from the GUI or via the serial port.
