Nothing on the switch so far, at least in terms of Poe.

Hello, we replaced all of our ip5224 handsets with 6920's. I have noticed that every now and then some of them seem to randomly reboot. How can I find out why this is? Is it something to do with the Mitel O/S not being fully upto date? There about 30 phones.

Hello, is it possible from the server to set all of the 6920 handsets to have default basic ring tones and not this musical crap?

Also separately, when at a phone on a users desk, how do you see who it is assigned to on a 6920. On the 5224'S we had I could just press super key and line key and their name would be displayed.

HCI/CTI/TAPI disable seems to have done the trick. Its for a sensitive/secure engagement.

Thanks, I cant actually see a powerpoint file but I have managed to change the screen saver/branding.
Ideally I would also like to change the way the clock looks on the screen saver or at least keep it in the centre and stop it from moving around. Is this possible?

Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative to the 6920 IP Phone from another brand and any potential cons?
Is it correct that any non Mitel phone would have to be set up as a generic sip device?

What exactly is pclink and how can that benefit me? Mitel description is a bit vauge but from what I can gather all it does is allow my pc to see the phone as a bluetooth audio device so I can then use the headphones connected to the phone for teams calls on my computer for example? Does it enable you to make an receive calls on our computer or work the other way around so the phone is using your pc plugged in headset? Also can you plug poly usb headsets into the phone?
Also, can anyone recommend a device for a small meeting/huddle room that can be used for both mitel landline calls and could also be hooked up to a pc for teams calls?
