Mitel Software Applications / SMS opt-in for MiCC SMS media

We are currently looking into using SMS to provide support for our customers via Web Ignite.

How are you guys handling keeping track if a user has opted in to receive SMS from your company?
For example, we can say "text us here for support" but since they are initiating the text, how are you complying with the SMS opt-in requirements?
If the person has already opted in how do you check that they have before the agent replies to the person?

In an ad hoc conference? No, you can't drop a specific participant.

In AWVC, if you are using the software client, yes you can... but not on the phone itself.

This would be for ad hoc conference. We recently switched over to Mitel and our previous phone system did allow dropping the last person who was joined to the conference and that feature was used a lot and we are trying to replicate the functionality.

Is there a way that settings can be setup to allow moderation of a conference? We have the need to be able to drop participants when they have been joined to a conference but there does not seem to be a way of doing that. Does Mitel support this as a functionality?
