I am kind of confused as to why this is in the SIP category...

thanks for your clarification about my issue, in the matter is my question in a wrong forum I don't have any understanding about this device or in communication and I actully just took a very short look in the site forums before I place my question and I don't figure out where to place my question.

ZuluAlpha, I don't know? how can I check the superset 4025 system.

You need access to the PBX (3300, MiVoice 250, etc), then we can move this in to the proper forum topic since 4025's won't be a SIP topic.

Hello,

Can I use two Superset 4025 by same number, my office and my room are side by side and I want to the same number work in both of them.

our communication tech. said it can't be happen. is it true?

I try to do it but the this message appears "Waiting for sync" and that is it.
