Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Where does one download OM Configurator?

Hi I have some RFPs 35 IP and 43 WLAN and I want to set them up but everywhere I read docs they mention OM Configuratior (omcfg) but I just cannot find this tool anywhere. Links are either dead or non existing.

The tool is mentioned twice on this board but no thread provides the download link. Is it even still available?
