MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Pages not coming through

Hello,
Mivoice250/Mitel 5000, Ver 6.3,
I am having an issue with several phones not receiving Pages. I have verified that the phones are in the Page Zone and the Paging Feature (325) is enabled. Is there a limit for the # of phones allowed in a Page Zone? To my knowledge we are not using an extension list but adding the phones directly to the zone.
I know the issue isn't with the device (phone) as I have tried replacing it with another working phone. Our network/phone Admin left a little over a month ago and I'm just filling the role during the interim. Not sure what else to do, other than opening a ticket with our Vendor who provided the system.
