MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / issues deploying 6930 phones

I am having problems deploying a 6930 phone.  Here is what I did and what it happening.

We have MiVoice Office 250 6.3.11.109 DB programming, 6.3.1 DBprograming, 6.3.0.2 CS5000Sessmng, 6.3.11.136 Call processing.  MiVoice Office Application Suite 5.1.24.

I configured the encyrption password and connected it to our MiVoice server.  Connection looks good.  I added the phone to the pbx.  In the MiVoice server, I see the phone when it boots up.  I assign it an extension.  I can reboot the phone from the Mivoice server.  But it is not picking up any information on the extension. 

The phone does not get to a red screen to setup the information.  It is pretty much a blank phone.

How to I get this phone to work with our 250 and mivoice server?  I don't mind manually configuring the settings.  I did try a few options but nothing seems to work.

What is the difference in the programming of the Extension List for Ip/Digital Telephone and the Phone/Voice Processor Application?  I am trying to use them for a hunt group.  I noticed that the hunt group for the main line is setup for the Phone/Voice Process application.

The firmware on the phones are the same has the version of MiVO.  We are on version 6.5 SP3.  They are 5330e phones.  So do I need tweak the network card settings?  The phones have been working for years and all of sudden I am getting the reboots.  I did try changing the power settings on the network card.

They are using the Mitel Client.  It is any new user that I put in the hunt group.

I have a hunt group that has 4 people.  I am having a problem with one extension always being removed when she puts her phone presence on DND or Out of the Office.    She does not know the feature code to remove herself out.  I also monitored her stations on the phone system when she puts her DND on, the flag changed to removed.  Do you know why it does not put her back in the hunt group when her presence changes back to in the office?  Everyone else seems to be working fine.

I have a weird issue that has been happening the last month.  I have random Mitel 5330 phones that will reboot when a user plugs into the data port.  This would cause the user to loose their data connection and of course their phones.  It sometimes continues to be in a reboot state but most of the time it will reboot about every 30 minutes.  I have tried different phones, cables, switch ports, extensions but the same thing happens.   The only thing that has worked is I will downgrade their network driver but it will come back in a few days.  I checked the driver to see if it was updated but it was not.  The only common issues they are all Windows 11 laptops.  The docking stations and laptops are different - Dell or Microsoft Surface.
