No I dont believe it is as i have other MBGs that can access swdl absolutely fine, including my second MBG in Azure so to me this is most likely MBG related, somewhere?!?

Mitel Software Applications / MBG Error when updating the Blades options
« on: December 11, 2024, 06:40:00 AM »
Hi all, I have recently deployed two MBGs into Azure. The deployments went ok, I licenced both systems, then updated the MSL and downloaded and installed the MBG. But now in Blades I am seeing a 'transport endpoint is not connected' error for both systems. I can still sync with the AMC ok and its not a firewall issue otherwise I wouldn't have been able to download a new MSL or MBG. The error message differs slightly between systems, see one attachment, but they say:

'WARNING:   https://swdlgw.mitel.com/swdlgwapi/rpc connection error: Transport endpoint is not connected'. This one I rebooted and it now seems ok.
'WARNING:   Transport endpoint is not connected'. This one also rebooted but still get this error.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Change of Extension Number
« on: May 26, 2023, 05:24:52 AM »
Morning all, I am after some advice. I set up my MiCollab users via AD- so in a users AD profile I add the user to the AD group and assign their extension number and this which installs the MiCollab client and programs the extension on the MiVB and syncs to MiCC, and so on. All good.
But, I need to change the extension numbers of some of the users so I was wondering whats the best way of doing that?
1-   Simply change the telephone number in AD and let it sync through, although I can envision sync issues with that?
2-   Completely remove the AD attributes and AD group, let it sync, then re-add as if they were a new user, so a fresh install.
3-   Is there another way?

Thanks for your help.
