Mitel Software Applications / UPiQ stops updating Queue position after First update

Good morning afternoon or evening!
Im trying to set up an ACD set-up for my 2 new trainees and the majority of the work is done.
For the Queue update position system i have used the Mitel Default workflow/sub.
Updated the Prompts in them and checked the settings and it works up till the first Queue position update is played.
After the first queue position update there is no ringback to the caller and furthermore it also doesnt reupdate after the timer hits its mark to play the Queue position update.
The settings for the UPiQ positions and such have all been checked with multiple running sites that have no issues.
It's all running on a brand new system consisting of a Micollab server a Mivoice business server MiCC OiG and such so it could be a base setup setting but im starting to pull out my hairs at the moment, figuratively spesaking ofcourse because im bald
Anyone have any tips or pointers where to look?
