Good morning afternoon or evening!

Im trying to set up an ACD set-up for my 2 new trainees and the majority of the work is done.

For the Queue update position system i have used the Mitel Default workflow/sub.
Updated the Prompts in them and checked the settings and it works up till the first Queue position update is played.

After the first queue position update there is no ringback to the caller and furthermore it also doesnt reupdate after the timer hits its mark to play the Queue position update.
The settings for the UPiQ positions and such have all been checked with multiple running sites that have no issues.

It's all running on a brand new system consisting of a Micollab server a Mivoice business server MiCC OiG and such so it could be a base setup setting but im starting to pull out my hairs at the moment, figuratively spesaking ofcourse because im bald  ;D

Anyone have any tips or pointers where to look?

Hey guys n gals!

strange one on an inherited system that we took over for service.

We want a ringgroup to overflow to a nupoint box with calldirector enabled to offer a menu and then flow back into the ringgroup.

Currenty i have a nametagg huntgroup 6126 wich corresponds to the mailbox 6126 , the box has Fcos with Calldir enabled.
CFA to a HCI reroute Hgroup with a new port in it.(wich shows as idle/registered)
made a linegroup with a port wich has the calldir interface selected.

when i have it set up like this and try to call 6126 internally it just keeps ringing i have tried multiple things to get this to work but no matter what i end up with indefinate ringing or WELCOME TO THE MESSAGE CENTRE :o :o :o :o

You can add a menu into the UPiQ routine and transfer it to a mailbox/message.

Problem is i cant use a transfer in the menu , or have it divert to a non UPIQ subroutine so that it will route to our Nupoint Voice2Mail box.

Goodmorning,

Looking at the UPIQ i do have the option to create a menu to use user input, are you saying this wont work inside a UpiQ subroutine?

Hello guys and gals,

For a customer thats using Micc we have built a new flow and they are using a UPiQ subroutine to state the Queue position.

When they reach pos5 we would like them to be able to press # to leave a callback/Voicemail but without using the Callback subroutine due to a lack of ports.

Is there any way to be able to transfer out of the UPiQ subroutine to a Subroutine that forwards to a NuPoint box?

Hi guys!

After a year of lurking here for intell and wisdom i decided to register !

Been in the industry for a year now without any pre schooling since i have been a cook all my life !
Recently passed my advanced mivb course with full marks and im loving the challenges of Mitel and all voip sip related items!
