Thanks for the replay. That's the crazy thing, its across the entire org. Different switches, extensions, etc. One cluster logs the messages, one cluster doesn't

Good Afternoon, I am being inundated with lldp "Device Detection" maintenance logs on multiple phones across multiple locations on one of our MiVB 10.1 SP1 controllers. The extensions reporting are random over multiple sites. This is happening every 16 minutes-ish. Not a huge deal, but eating log buffer. You all have any idea why this is happening only on certain extensions and how I can remedy/ change? Thanks!

Hello, is there a way to block the Actual Number from displaying when dialing a system speed call. 3300 v9.4

In other words ;) using "system speed call" digits for page group (ie. **25 to speed call "#**7##8XXX" which is a page group. Would like the display only show "**25")

Hi All,

Got an interesting issue. I have multiple call queues built on the same "Site" and need to segregate the case and history, in Ignite, from each queue for the agent supervisors. I still need to maintain the supervisor's ability to access CCM. Seems the "Advanced" license is the key. So all queues in cases and history w/ reporting in CCM or only your calls in cases and history w/o access to reporting n CCM. Anyone have any ideas?
