Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Password reset in Micollab

Is there a way to reset a voicemail box password and not force the user to change it, after they put in the password?

Shoretel - MiVoice Connect / Call flow question/solution

Current build is 22.19.7900.0.
I want to pickup a phone on the system and have it ring a hunt group, that first rings a cell phone and then after four rings, ring an internal extension. I tried using a hunt group with a route point first (that calls the cell) and then an internal extension. It doesn't ring the cell at all, it goes right to the internal extension. I tried using a work group, with the same results. I did get it to work if I create a phantom extension, using connect client to ring the cell. This works but I was wondering if there is a better way. Thanks for all feedback.
