Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / MCD 4.2 SP1 on AX upgrade to MiVB 9.4

Is it possible to upgrade MCD 4.2 SP1 on AX to MiVB 9.4? Is it possible to re-use the AX?

Could someone shed some lights where to find these upgrading manuals?
