Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Mitel 3300 CX II ICP controler 50006093, Configure new router

I have a broken router and I have replaced it with the router TP-link ER605.
I need to login to find the configured static ip address to match that to my new router configuration.
How does one login to the mittel controller? It is unclear if this work via an ip address (I tried many, including 192.168.1.5)
or through other means?
