Mitel Software Applications / IVR management subroutine

Good Morning .

I want to make a management subrouting that has access to only 1 selected subroutine.

I want to give users access to have abitlity enabling and disabling port modes when they need ( there are 2 surbroutines configured and each has different setup of available options hance they need it enabling at random.

I have a unified management port that allows access to any reporting number but i do not want to hand out this to user as if they enter different reporting number by error they then can put the port in emergency mode and it will cause chaos for someone else.

I am thinking the secret of assigning management subroutine to selected subroutine is something to do with collect digits ?

Good Morning

I am trying to setup a call flow from extension A to go to ring group then if no anwser on rign group go back to extension A and leave moicemail there

I understand it will be to do with 1st and 2nd alternative.

but when i created ring group and set 1st alternative to be used as that and second alternative as voicemnail after ring group finished rtinging it did not go back to use second alternative for the call to be left on voicemail of Extension A.

hope that makes sense ?

Good Morning

I have a queetry where i need to set up a user access to a IVR hun group that has a port cofiguration wiht emergency mode.

Where in IVR i can set up so that user can jsut dial in and swithc between the 2 modes.
Reason for this is they want to toggle between 2 different subroutines where one holds all of the call flow options and other has limited ooptions and a speciffic message applied to it.

I have created the additional subroutine and assigned to more of operaione emergency. however i cannot get it to toggle betweent hem with remote dial in function as the reason is for them to do this at their liking as it does not follow any speccific schedule or pattern

Everything is done in IVR

Huntgroup ---> Work flow ( has mode of operation ) - Then it splits to 2 different subroutines based on the port mode

Any help would be grateful

Oddly when the call idvert is enabled it does not handle the call correctly.

It sends the call over but the VM also get left on the forwarding destination.

They are doing call forwarding bia button config.

my hunch is they are keying and external number for the DDI not the actual DDI

Could that be the case ?

i am curious is there a way to set that if there is a call forwarding is set internaly from 1 DDI to another DDI and if a call i smissed on 2nd DDI then the voicemail goes back and is being deposided on orinignal DDI

I can only see COS for EXT's on the Menu on the left.

Good afternoon

I have a simpe reception setup where i got 3 extensions in 1 ring group

I have enabled Display ANI/ISDN Calling number only on COS 1

however when i call to thest the ext that picks up still see the name of the ring group instead of the incoming number

Am i missing something ?

I am assuming this is alternate extensions having the limit. Think you would need to step up and acd path that queues for a second and interflow to a forwarded phantom. Queue would have que calls when agents not logged in

Eventually they did not need this but i will keep this in the back of my mind and on notes for future. I presonally ter to avoid such setups but sometimes thye just need it.

I got 6 extensions

1 has the VM setup( Nupoint) on it and currently have 4 attendants set to it but they need another ext added to the primarry mailbox.

I can see that i can only have 4 attendants.

what would be the best way to add 5 extensions to extension 1 voicemail ?

Good Afternoon.

I am trying to set up 5634 to connect to our 3300 estate so that they can roam arround the site and still be able to anwser calls.

I found a video Mitel 5624 WIFI Setup that explains it some way and needs a peace of software to set it up (WinPDM) ?

I cannot find the install jsut DOC on MItel website.

Any pointer please ?

If all agents are logged out you'd be looking for the "Path Unavailable Destination" in the ACD Path form which you can send to a voicemail or voicemail greeting for info.

Good Afternoon

I am looking for a way how i can tell IVR to display message if calls are waiting in a agent queue and no agent is available to pick it up for example

IF i am calling a nummber and go trough the options to the relavent queue and X agents are busy or logged out due to any issues then i need a message to be played as alternative

IS that sometihing i need to put on the queue Agent workflow ? like rulle or something else ?
