Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / SDS Distribution Error
« on: February 17, 2022, 10:06:10 AM »
Logging into one of the controllers for a customer and getting an SDS distribution error (see attached image).  I can't seem to find any information on exactly how to resolve this.  When I "Retry" it persists.  There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the ring group on the referenced controller.

I have a hot desking user who can see the phone flashing but hears no audible ring.  She's the only one this is happening to, and it's the case whenever she logs into any phone.  These phone will audibly ring when any other user is signed into them.

Her calls also aren't answered until she hits the line key instead of answering when she picks up.

What is set incorrectly?

Ugh...I don't think they're on v9...I think they're on 7-something.  But I'll check.  And this is in the server manager, right?  Or in the client itself?

In the MiCollab Client section of the Licensing Information tab in the server manager, it shows they have 6 total licenses for Console.  We know who 5 of the users of this feature are (I just assigned four and the fifth was known), but we don't know who's using the other license.

Is there a way to list who is using the Console feature?  I have been looking for two days and can't seem to find a way to find out who is using the license.  Is there a way to create some kind of report that would have that information?

New to working with MiCollab

Trying to deploy the MiCollab client to some users for a customer.  When they click on the link in the email that's supposed to begin the provisioning, it just brings up a blank web page.

The reason I think it's related to the certificate is that logging into the server manager, you get a certificate error in the browser, and for the users that already have the client installed on their PCs, they get a certificate warning when they open the app.  But nobody can log in because the deployment is not working.

It looks like MiCollab has Let's Encrypt built in?  I click "Get Certificate" and it just says please wait forever.  How long should this process take?  And will this actually stop the certificate errors or am I gonna need to push the CA root certificate to the clients via GPO?
