Hi, my problem is that we have two separate lines/groups in Mitel (Support and Welfare), both have their own Hotline number but when we are making an outbound call, caller id shows that we are using a default outbound number regardless if we are using either of the two. Is there a way to have two different outbound numbers like if we are using support line, the outbound call number for that is different if we are using welfare line. Hope you understand my question.
