I am looking for some help to find where a ftp/sftp user is created on the Mitel 3300 so I can connect with the filezilla client to download some SIP traces?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Having different numbers route to a single call tree

Looking for some tips on how I can have multiple different numbers shares the same call tree? We use NuPoint, and it compares the Mailbox number to the actual phone number to make sure they match up, so I am not sure how to send different number to a call tree that would have a different mailbox number on it.
