Hi, we have a customer which has an issue when they press the tones key when trying to navigate an IVR menu, they press tones and then press the option they need but the call disconnects. Has anyone else seen this or know how to resolve it? Software version is release 9.1 SP1.

A customer has asked if we can disable self deployment, if I untick this option under enterprise settings are there any other implications other then the option is removed from the micollab client?
