Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Micollab Softphone with Multicall on Deskphone

We have recently started setting up Softphones for users. One of our Assistants has several Multicall buttons setup for answering calls when people are away from their desk. However now that she is working remotely several days a week there is no way for her to tell when people are at their desk, nor can she distinguish where the calls are destined for. When the Multi-call button lights up, her deskphone and her softphone "ring."
Is there an easy solution so that she only receives those calls on her Deskphone, but not on her Softphone? Or is there a way to display in the Micollab client where the call is destined for?
