Mitel Software Applications / MiCollab Client 8.0.208: audio volume reduces automatically when calling

Hi all,
in our company we are using the MiCollab 8.0.208 client and I am facing a strange behaviour...
When I call someone, the volume is ok as long as the phone "rings". But if the called party answers the call, the volume will be automatically reduced.
I can see this in the Windows 10 volume mixer.
This is how it looks like when I dial the number and while the dial tone is present:
And this is how it looks like when the called party picks up the phone:
Is there someone who can tell me how I can stop it? The audio volume should remain at the set level...
