Mitel Software Applications / Mitel Connect Outlook Addin Keeps Asking for Password
« on: August 05, 2021, 07:04:46 PM »This has been happening forever on my computer ever since I changed my password - the message appears when opening Outlook and despite entering the correct password it just reappears after hitting OK. I tried to fix it in the past but finally gave up and just disabled the plugin. The fact that it's happening now though to another user who just recently changed their password has me thinking something isn't syncing correctly somewhere.
Is there a place I might be able to check? I tried resyncing both our accounts in Mitel (turn off the AD user checkbox and then back on) but no luck.
