When backing up the system it requests the "identitydb.obj" file be placed on the management computers file system.
where do I find the identidb.obj? I can't find download links.
Can I copy an old identitydb.obj-file?
It also does not provide a location as to which to copy it to on a Windows 10 machine.

The customer want to program a key to be able to dial out on a SIP Trunk.

A owner of a company has access to a private sip trunk to be only accessible from his 6930 series phone.

How we would be able to program this and be able to bypass the ARS.

Any idea?

The customer has a NTP server internally, the controller doesn't have internet access due to their network security policy. After updating the time on the controller a month ago it is now 4 min behind and that this is a continuous problem, and it still looses time.

Do you know any idea about this issue? Is this a NTP or network problem??

When they set there phones to DND. Internal paging is stilling going through. Can you advise what COS setting I need to adjust to disable that issue?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / ACD Group presence

Customer uses group presence to take agents in and out of groups. When an agent logs out and back in they are automatically placed as present for all groups they are members of. The customer states this used to not be the case and would stay absent from groups they were previously marked as absent until they made the present again. Is there a setting that controls this?

Voice mail to Email using Office 365
can vm to email for embedded work to office365?
According to some investigation, would need to use a relay server for SMTP as we do not have the needed setting to get this to work wth 365.
For embedded VoiceMail you could use IMAP.

But When I refer to IMAP, do I mean IMAP to the relay server?  Is there way to have a direct connection between MiVB embedded voicemail to Office365?

Some of the users are moving from this MXeIII-L to a new AX controller recently added to this cluster. They use embedded voicemail.  When they move, they will maintain their extension number, but will have a new mailbox on the AX controller.  Is it possible to move the users recorded name, greeting, and messages from the MXeIII-L controller to the AX controller?

Upgraded the controller from a 6 version to the 8 version but when you try to access online help it say unavailable or something like that.
Is the controller Offline??
What is the precondition to access the online help??

can configuration parameters in a 5330e phone be changed remotely?
the phone configuration parameters -specifically LAN and PC port speed and duplex, can be set remotely. Change them without needing to send someone to the physical phone.

I have a Mitel 470 and an OIP server which we use as labs.
We are strengthening the security in our office and for that we are restricting the access of our computers to the Internet. The question is: What are the pages and ports to which they need to connect to validate licenses or for other queries to the cloud?
