I looked through some of those prior and was not seeing it. So I reached out to support late last week and actually did this all this weekend.

Here is the information I received and order that I did:

MiVoice Version does not matter

Initially went to the latest version shown in this order: MVF, ServiceLink, Remote Fresh Install to v11. After that there were more updates, the latest versions failed because of missing dependencies so had to go to prior ones. Eventually got to the latest version on everything.

I noticed today that our system is pretty dated and have a few questions on it:

1. Does it matter at all what version our MiVoice Business (3300) is at for this to be updated?
2. What order should I update them in?
3. For the updates themselves do they need to be updated in order or just go to the latest will work?

So this is now working.

I needed to enable TCP on Teleworker and force the phone to use TCP instead of UDP and 100% working now.

So I can receive calls both internally and externally on this phone with no issues. However I can not call any internal or external number at all and get the "No Channel Available."

Yes that is all setup correctly. I actually have another Unidata SIP phone that works 100%, so that is why I believe it is something specific to this phones settings.

Just got some new Mitel 5634 phones that I am trying to hook up to teleworker and having some issues that I can't figure out.

I have it successfully connected to teleworker from outside the building (shows connected in MBG), but when I try to make a test call it just beeps and states "NO CHANNELS AVAILABLE."

Attached is how I have SIP configured in WinPDM, but hard to find any information on this setup anywhere.

I have read the Admin Guide and seems pretty straight forward to perform the upgrade if I can get the file itself.

I have 6 phones and they break down like this:

4x - Build Version : 2.1.5.4
1x - Build Version : 2.1.0.13
1x - Build Version : 2.1.3.12

So that is why I am asking, 1. Is 2.1.5.4 the latest version, and 2. How do I get them on the latest version.
