I have one user that isn't getting their voicemail into their emails. I have double checked all of the settings with other users in which it is working but see no difference. Any ideas?

Mitel Software Applications / Voicemail password config

Somehow our configuration changed that makes the user punch in a 10 digit code to access their voicemail. Where do I go in the system to make it only a four digit code required?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Phone drops call

We have two users who sit next to each other. They both have experienced the following issue however it happens to one of them 4-5 times a day and the other only a couple times a week.
When these users are on the phone sometimes they the call gets dropped and the phone display says "Out of Service. This only last for a few seconds and then the phone is back up. The phone does not reboot during this process.
Any ideas what may be causing this?

Right now we have the following ports open:
https, http, 20000-30999(udp), 32000-32500(udp),50000-50999(udp), 5060(udjp), 4443, 36008, 5060, 5063, 6801,5061.
This is what our business partner gave us and said we had to open.

We just recently put in a Mitel 3300 and have many users using the MiCollab software phones. We had to open up a lot of ports via the documentation to make this work. Just wondering how big of a security risk this is and what others might be doing differently.
