We currently have 6000 extensions off the mitel 3300 platform, and approx 6000 Office communicator clients.
Has anyone integrated microsoft OCS with the mitel platform , if so could you highlight what issues we may come across and what the main considerations are.

No - its really to accommodate the ability to enable the one number facility for flexible working. I'm wanting both the mobile and fixed phone to ring when the extension number is dialled. (for 3000 users) Also if possible to have the ability to seamlessly transfer the call from each device.( i.e mobile to fixed and fixed to mobile) Could you tell me what licences this requires ? and is there a particular version of the 3300 required to utilise dynamic extension ?

I'm after some information on the mitel version of FMC (Dynamic extension) - Is anyone using this effectively  ? Is it really FMC ? What are the limitations ? is it expensive to roll out ? oh and what is the latest version of Dynamic extension..

Si how can you interactively move agents from group to group efectively depending on service specific call voulmes ... (without them having to log out and back in again)

Could anyone tell me "if" when dynamically moving agents around from group to group via the interactive contact centre and Visual queue, whether agents have to keep logging in and and out for the group permissions to take effect.

HI thanks for this - However even though we have purchased the "contact centre enterprise edition" im now being told by our providers it doesnt automatically include Multimedia contact centre, interactive contact centre or visual queue...  we have to pay for these separate..
I think I may go to Mitel and question this..

Thankyou for your reply - ive got it down to a minute by doing the custom install and unchecking all the integration tools etc.
