Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Caller id issue

Hello everyone,
Hope you are having a good day.
I am facing issue after installing AX controller on MIVB version 8. The Analog sets connected with the system doesnt show caller id. Although I enabled all display related options from the class of service but still same problem. I dont know what to do. Can anyone pls help me to short it out??

Hello everyone,
Good day. Having a problem to use MIVB console software on PC/laptop. I purchased both the mivb console bundle and swa for the console bundle. But when I am adding them both to the controllers arid only the console lisense is adding but the swa for console software is not adding with the arid. I have active swa for the mivb software. What should i do now?
