Mitel SX200, SX2000, and older SX platforms / Mailbox number and password

We have a 5340 IP Phone and I believe we are on the sx-200 IP platform. A couple of weeks ago we have been unable to access our voicemail. I did replace the old phone (the hang up hook wasn't working) with another one. Everything seemed to worked okay except now we cannot access our voice mail. Is there a default mailbox number and password? The company that installed our phone system years ago hasn't gotten back to me (I think he moved). A while back I was able to access our MiCloud (?) where I was able to see the backend of the phone system but now I can't. Hahaha not that I would know what to do but I figure that would've been a starter. When I switched back to the old phone, voice mail still isn't working.
