I have seen previous posts on this forum of a workaround for the following error that involved installing v 1.1.1m of OpenSSL:

"Unable to start the DB Programming session

FACILITY_ITF - This error is interface specific. No further information is available"


That version is no longer at this site (https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html). I've tried 1.1.1w, it doesn't appear to work.

Is there a new workaround for this? Or does anyone know where I can get the right version?

Can I have the 250 automatically dump the message print logs as a text file periodically?

In case there is a better way - I need to help a customer determine if they are forgetting to turn off their night mode. I know you can see this in the message print logs, but it only goes back about a day. Was hoping to just have the logs dumped into a folder every day so I could verify quickly upon request.

Hello,

How would I go about swapping the extensions on two 6900 series phones running on Phone Manager on the 250?

I'm aware of the usual admin commands for swapping standard 53xx or digital phones on this system, but what is the easiest way for the end user to swap extensions without moving the phones? I would have thought this answer would be relatively easy to find already but I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.
