I don't think reports will show a user with a zero call count

First time poster, long time reader!
We have scheduled reports sent from MiVO App Suite at regular intervals throughout the day.

If someone doesn't make (or receive) any external calls by the time the first report is generated & sent, they simply don't show up on the report.

Is there any way to get them to display on the report, but with zero's for inbound and outbound?
