I want to know if it is possible to change the 'SIP From Header' in the invite message that is send to the SIP provider?

This SIP provider is requesting it to be this way, for reasons I don't know.

Below is an example for what they request.

Example:
"INVITE" request [1 INVITE]
INVITE sip:0123456789@SIPPROVIDERTRUNK.com SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.41.152;branch=z9hG4bK_AI2022Sep290340634072320379541;rport
To: sip:012345678@SIPPROVIDERTRUNK.com
From: <sip:9876543210@CLIENTFROMFIELD.com>;tag=AIBC88FCC5D6195E22

Can anyone tell me how I can do this on the system?

Ok I did manage to fix the announcement sound, there was a delay auto answer on the SIP intercoms.

What I need to know is what feature codes can I use to page the intercoms? and which codes will allow me to only broadcast or have a conversation?

Hello,

We have installed a SMBC at a school which intercom system worked with their previous PBX. They use the handsets to make a call to a classroom.

It is SIP intercoms, each intercom has its own ext number. I have configured the intercoms to work.

The problem is that when you dial the intercom there is no sound indicating the incoming connection. It connects immediately without making any sound.

Is there a possibility to change this or is there a function code that can be used? It worked fine with their previous PBX.

Yes then I have the same issue.

I can use the *21 function and forward calls to an internal number but not to external

Yes they are the only member in the group.

Even when I bypass the group and point all incoming calls to the user directly I have the same issue

Hi, hope someone can help me.

I have a Mivoice office 400(430) system with a 5380 IP phone and I'm unable to activate the call forwarding feature to an external number.

It just shows 'not available' but I can forward calls to internal extensions.

Can anyone assist?

Maybe try to shorten the Preferred registration interval in the SIP trunk settings? (Configuration>Routing>Graphical view or List view>Network Interfaces)
I did try that, but it made it even worse.

Hello, can anyone please help me.

I have a few MiVoice Office 400s which SIP phone numbers(the numbers clients phone to get a hold of the business) lose registration and then registers again. This happens intermittently and then registers within 1 or 3 minutes.

I have spoken to the SIP provider and they said a '401 authentication' is send but no reply is given from the Mitel system. There is no firewall or restrictions on the network. The system is connected directly to the wireless router.

Any settings than I can check for this?
