I'm trying to clean-up our IVR call flow estate and i was wondering if anyone knew of an easy way to view non active subroutines/locate subroutines with no workflow attached.

We are upgrading our telephony estate to SIP and are re-creating call flows in IVR,
The setup before was call flows were on another system, so that a call flow was on the same number as a physical desk phone extension.

Full Number (12345678901) > 3rd party Call flow > admin option to last 4 digits (8901), rings on the desk phone.

As IVR will need the desk phone removing and a new number applying so we can create the hunt group to attach the workflow too, we want to change the extension on the Nupoint Mailbox to match the new extension number. I have tried to just change it on the Nupoint form with no luck.

Is there a way too migrate a mailbox from one ext to another? so that MWI flashes on the new phone without the need for a MWI key to be configured, pin codes are the same and welcome messages are the same etc etc
