Hi Folks,
I have a bit of a problem, I hope you can help (yes, this is my first post and I'm asking for help - sorry about that) :/
I have recently joined a company and I have a 3300 for which I did not have the password or a backup.
So, to remedy this I followed the password reset procedure which required a reboot (this has worked, I can now log in)
Unfortunately, the disk is a bit dead and, during boot, is giving quite a few c0003 errors.
After approx 3 hours, it's finally booted with quite a few failed elements, however it is able to receive and make calls (that's about it). I feel quite fortunate that it does this t all and I am not keen on rebooting at all at the moment.
The web and ftp interfaces are dead, I can't get a backup or report out of them.
So here's my question:
The serial port on the front is working OK - is there any way to retrieve any semblance of a directory listing (names/numbers) from this interface?
Thanks in advance and sorry for just dropping in with my troubles unannounced!
Thnx
