I have a PRI and tagged the trunk group as use blacklist.
Added my number to blacklist as +2125551212 for instance.
Action is set to reject call, but call still rings through.
What am I missing?

Is there a way to transfer a call directly to another uses mailbox?
I see nothing in documentation. This on a 470 with 6920 and 6940 phones

I had the user do a remote record on the auto attendant mailbox on-site and now it works fine.
Apparently if you have the default canned greeting it doesn't respond, but if you record a greeting it works fine.

Customer claims it doesn't respond on-site either, but I can't confirm.
I didn't record greeting. That's what I was trying to do.
I called it remotely and it answers with canned message I dial * PIN # and it just continues on.
I will try and upload a greeting to see if it acts differently.

Auto attendant answers but doesn't respond to touch tones.
Trunks are analog. single keys defined but no response.
Also unable to log in through auto attendant to record greeting or retrieve messages
