Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / How to disable Call Back feature?
« on: September 12, 2023, 03:47:31 PM »
We are needing to turn off the call back feature for our system.  It is driving our users crazy, and us when we get a work order everytime they think they have a voicemail and it is this feature.

If it can't be disabled, is there a way for me to remotely clear the call back MWI so it stops blinking?

Thank you!

Ok, found it.  On the MBG under the ServiceLink tab is a sub tab of "Status".  Within that Status tab is a syn button.

Come on Mitel, put this somewhere that make more sense.  How about putting it under, oh I don't know, the tab labeled Licensing, or maybe on the dashboard next to the license count.  Why put it under a tab that makes absolutely no sense.

Hello,

I'm new to supporting the MBG and I need to add additional teleworker licenses.  Through my Mitel rep I ordered additional licenses.  I've allocated them to the MBG via the AMC.  However, I'm not sure how to get them applied to the MBG.  I have some 3300 PBXs that I know I have to go in and resync the PBX to the AMC to get the updated license count, I assume it is the same with the MBG. I just don't know how to do that sync.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you both for your input.

@sarond: That is what I ended up doing, I was just keeping my fingers crossed there was a cleaner way of doing it.

Again thank you both.

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / Locating an Extension
« on: March 10, 2021, 12:58:26 PM »
I'm running Release level: 8.0 SP3 PR2   Active software load: 14.0.3.37  Inactive software load: 13.2.0.17 and I'm trying to figure out how I locate an extension that is programmed on several phone's buttons.

For example, our front desk peron's phone is ex. 12345.  On the PBX there are 5 phones that have ex. 12345 as a programmed user speed dial.  Is there away to simply locate which phones have ex 12345 programmed to a button?

Thank you.
