Was this working before the upgrade to v9? Sounds like you need to add relay connector configuration on your email server to me.

MXe 3300
Voicemails are forwarded to email. The timestamp that shows on the email is 4 hours off. I found posts that indicated changing the timezone associated with servers under "VM Network Servers" should fix it but it is not making a difference. Do I need to restart my controller for it to take effect?
