Hello Hi

I have a little problem when I run upgrade in Micollab 9.8.1.12.01.

After starting upgrade I get this error

Please insert a CD/DVD with one of the following volume labels:
MSL 11.0.110.0.x86_64
MVF_6.0.0.10
MBG_11.5.2.35

Can anyone help me understand how to resolve this error ?

I am trying to activate the synchronization with AD, but even if I enter all the parameters I cannot find the users and when I try to synchronize it writes me that there is an error. Can anyone tell me where the system logs are?

I solved the problem by building a script that checks the number of messages present. I'm just sorry that official Mitel doesn't have a site for its customers.

Company you don't have Cisco levels where you can find info and forums anywhere to your customers

Sorry if I ask the question again, there is no way to know if a group mailbox has messages in its mailbox.

Through the console command, I can dump and see if there are any messages, but I want to do an automatic procedure, because I have many groups that I have to keep under control
