Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / 5360 calibration - cannot fix via touchscreen

Hi all! We have a user whose 5360 is so badly calibrated that I cannot actually use the touchscreen to select Calibrate Display to fix it (it's on the second page of settings options, and there is nowhere on the screen I can touch that will register as the button to change the page)! Is there any workaround - a way to use the physical buttons to navigate the menu, maybe, or will a factory reset also reset the calibration? Thanks
