Credit card example was nothing more than fake example. I don’t have a customer that requested to record credit cards.
But question and answer boxes are still requested by customer.

I am trying to find a solution for a customer that wants to have question and answer voicemail boxes.

The customer currently has a Toshiba MAS voicemail which will allow for such a creation.  I am looking for a solution for the Mitel 250.

The question and answer boxes are also found on ESI systems.

What the box will do on the Toshiba is ask a series of questions and each of the questions a recording will happen.  The messages are strung together and saved as one message and placed in the mailbox.

I.e.
What is your name.....Record.... What is your CC number.....Record.....What is your expiration date....record

Any Ideas?

Hello:

Looking to just press the Message waiting button only to retrieve messages. 

If I press the Speakerphone + message, it works.  Pickup handset, it works.  What I am looking to do is just press the flashing message waiting button, have the phone go on speaker phone automatically and go into voicemail.

The role was setup already for "Access to Advanced Utils" already, but I did not have a admin user in Users.

I'm posting the steps for futures sake

  Manage System Connections

  Verify your Role

  Add a User as admin

MiVoice Office 250/Mitel 5000 / Manage Alarm Notifications

Hello:

I'm trying to turn on Manage Alarm Notifications available from the SAD tool.

Right clicking and selecting "Manage Alarm Notifications".  Unfortunately, the screen is greyed out and says "Disabled".  How do I enable the feature.

I'm not intered in email alerts, but to be able to access this screen and scroll through the alarms.

I would appreciate any tips.
