Not specifically for the Mobile Client but there is release notes for MiCollab 9.1.2.4

It has an entry there for the issue: MOB-12756

Thank you for this. Is there a main site I can browse where they post these release notes?

There was a fix just released with the app.

It should now be 9.1.204, mine just updated the other day.

Do you have release notes or a link you can share regarding the bug fixes in this version?

I will check the app version again but I think we are at the most recent. Also, the background refresh is enabled. I am trying to go thru logs now and pinpoint why the phone never rings but a missed call will appear.

iOS 13.3, App is 9.1.8

Do you know if this is a bug with the mobile client?
Besides updating or waiting for a code update, are there any other steps I can take to resolve this...server or clients settings, perhaps?

Hi folks,
I have iOS phone that does not ring when the phones inactive(sleep) but a missed call will pop up??
I hit the feedback within the mobile client and downloaded the feedback zip file. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with micollab client on iOS? Which log(s) should I review first. I have a client/server folder with log files. I’m hoping one of these will pin point the issue

Hi Tom,

Thank you for your reply. I see the logging section under administration—logging with the MBG. I guess I’m looking for some type of stalls that I can watch that will show calls? Is that within the pbx/mivoice server or MBG? Apologies again for my lack of knowledge....

Hello Folks,

I’m fairly new to mitel products so sorry for the vague question. I am trying to figure out how/where to view call logs inbound/outbound to iOS clients using the mobile app? I am simply looking for dialed number, codec, time stamp...etc?

Again, sorry for the vague question. I’m trying to figure where to look for logs and begin troubleshooting call quality and/or call disconnect issues
