Mitel Software Applications / Re: Warning e-mail from Let's Encrypt

There is a knowledgebase article on updating to v2

Any chance you could lay your hands on it? I'm not seeing any search results here, in the Mitel.com Document Center, MiContact KB, or the OneView site.

Or if you could point me in the right direction, I certainly don't mind digging.

Thanks!

First, I'm not a tech and have a very narrow set of exposures to the Mitel 3300 system.

We have softkeys on our phones, "Mobile", that, for example, on my phone when I press it all calls are immediately routed/transferred to my cell phone. But it does not work on this user's phone.

I've scoured the settings in the MiCollab Users and Services and the MiVoice Business console, and from what I see the pertinent settings are the same for both our extensions. Her extension is 1135, there's an external phone at 1*135, the Mobile key is set at Personal Preference and points to 1*135, and the External Phone, External Hot Desking Number is set to her cell.

Other than obviously different extensions and mobile numbers both setups look identical.

Any suggestions as to what I'm missing will be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the replies. (Not sure why I didn't get any email notifications though.)

I spent a couple more hours last night poking around and finally got it removed. Sorry to say I don't know exactly what finally did it as I was working on it from home.

Thanks for your time everyone.

I'm a network admin, not a phone tech, just getting that out there. I was trying to add a user and somehow in all of that I caused a phone to show "Locked" and it's now a Hot Desk only phone. I can log into it, and I can even log into the Advanced options. I did try a Restore Default reset but it came back up as Hot Desk.

I also poked around trying to find the extension number, thought perhaps I could just delete the extension and start over but I'm not sure where that lives. The system is a 1.5 years old, I think a 3300.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
Mike
